There is another thread that discusses this a bit. I thought the thread title was a bit obscure.

We're using KMS 6.5.2, Entourage on Mac, and iPhone/iPod Touch 2.0.

It appears that events with reminders are properly dismissed by both Kerio webmail and Entourage but that the reminder is set again by the iPhone. How often the iPhone sets the reminder seems to determine how often you see the reminder in Entourage or Webmail. Our experience is that the reminder appears again the next day.

The only way we've found to dismiss the reminder is to turn it off in the even on the iPhone. To say the least, this is not convenient.

It's not clear which software is the actual cause of the problem.

Some of our iPhone users are having this issue as well. They are using outlook 03 with KOC. Both iPhone and iPhone 3g.

I am not having this issue with my iPhone 3g, outlook 07 and KOFF.

Going to switch one of the users to KOFF, see if that makes a difference.

Has anyone submitted a bug for this through the official support?

I assume you are aware that the event can be dismissed by turning off the reminder on the iPhone. Not perfect, but it works.

Also, the problem has not been fixed by the iPhone 2.0.1 update -- not that I would expect it to be fixed.

Now it seems to be ok.

Kerio 6.6 Beta3 solves the issue with iPhone 2.0(1) Software and the reminder problem within webmail.

The webmail version german localized isn't finally ready at the moment, but when switching to english all seems to be fine too Smile

Thanks Kerio!

kind regards,
Christian

This issue still exists with iPhone 2.0.2 and KMS 6.5.2

Highly annoying to me, and lots of complaints from users.

Is this KMS-specific, or does it affect actual Exchange users too?

Kerio MailServer 6.7.1 w/AD
Windows Server 2003 SP 1
Dell PowerEdge 2850 (Dual Xeon 3.2ghz and 2 GB RAM)
~1300 users
~1000+ concurrent IMAPS connections
iPhone users
Outlook 2007 KOFF users
Apple iCal 10.5/10.6 users
