There are many questions about no public and shared folders on the iPhone. So, the status is:

iPhone cannot sync public/shared folders (contact, calendars, emails) with Exchange. At this moment this is not possible with KMS either.
There are few problems as iPhone is not able to handle work with folders that are 'read-only'. We are trying to find a workaround but there is still a chance that this would not be possible at all.

iPhone supports GAL which provides on-line access to all public contacts on the server.

iPhone cannot have more than one Exchange account. That's a fact we cannot change.
