I have a couple of clients asking if there is a way that Kerio will push mail to all folders, rather than just the inbox. The other folders do not sync unless you click on them to get the updated message list. When I look at the mailserver.cfg file, there is a line in there which appears would do the trick if enabled:

<variable name="DirectPushAllFolders">0</variable>

Does anyone know what implications this may cause and/or has anyone enabled this feature in the mailserver.cfg file and is currently pushing mail to all folders automatically without the user having to click on the folder first? Thanks!

Sounds as if the battery life of your mobile device will drain in minutes by keeping all the folders in sync. Wink
Sounds as if costs of data delivery will rise to the sky if you are on a business trip in a roaming network. Wink
Technically I do not know what happens.

You should be able to choose the folders you want to sync on the mobile device - at least you can with WM6. From Outlook Mobile, click Menu -> Tools -> Manage Folders, then check the folders you want to sync. It could get expensive syncing everything if you don't have an unlimited data plan, and syncing everything could run you out of space on the device and drain the battery quickly.
