Hi!

Does anyone have a clue about where I should look / examine for this problem?

With only one domain on the mail server, incoming PDF files are getting destroyed or changed so they cannot be opened by the user in the end. However in the other domains on the server, they are receiving the PDF files perfectly fine.

Any clues?

Is it just one user?

No, it is every user on that one domain.

The best way how to solve it is contacting our technical support at http://support.kerio.com and provide e-mail example with corrupted PDF.
