Has any one exerianced Entourage not showing personal folders that you have created in Entourage it's self.

I have a few clients now that are having this problem. They create a personal folder to file emails into and it shows up and works fine. Then later that day or a week later a day later (completely random) the folder goes missing from Enoutorage. It is in the web mail and mac mail can see it just not Enoutorage.

I have tried recreating the index.fld files I have tried rebuilding the Enoutorage database and tried creating a new identity.

This is over various versions of Enoutrage including 2008 on all update versions.

Any ideas?

Same issues here!

sometimes i can get them back in Entourage by shortening the folder name in webmail, and then sync Entourage again...

I found a solution to one client, I need to check if it is the same situation with the others.

They were treating the personal folders as you would a Public folder in that they would have a folder then various other folders underneath.

Entourage only seems to see the top level.

If I pull all the folders out and put them on the top lvl they show up fine. Although I am still coming up against the problem of some clients trying to subscribe to specific folders and them not working, even thought they were working minuets before.
