I'm trying to grant access to a public folder to a group. I can't get it to work. I right-click the folder and choose Access Rights, change the drop down to Group, and enter the e-mail address of the group. It won't work. If it's a public folder, nobody can see it. If it's a shared folder, when a member of the group tries to subscribe, they get the message "user<_a.t_>domain.com doesn't share any folders for you".

I've tried granting access through both webmail and KOFF. Same thing both ways.

Has anyone managed to share a folder or give public folder access to a group? Does it even work? I didn't see anything in the manual or KB, but it's pretty plain how it's supposed to work, it just doesn't.

Has anyone found an answer to this?

We finally got this working after a response from support. Even though KOFF says to enter the e-mail address when you add a group to a folder, you really need to use the group name.
