Hi,

When i reply to mail using the webmail interface, i dont have the "reply" flag.
Is this the standard behavior ? this is really enoying, and make the webmail unusable.

Regard
Pat

The webmail in version 6.0 of KMS will have the flags to show whether an email has been replied to or forwarded.

May be i have not explain my pb correctely (sorry i m french)

The web mail show correctly the reply flag, for every reply done with a imap client (outlook for exemple).
But when i reply with the webmail, i dont have the flag. This is not just a display problem, if i open outlook, the mail is not flaged too.

Why your mail engine don't set the flag in webmail case ??? is is the same engine hat send mail in both case.

So according to you i must wait the version 6, to have a "working" webmail ?

Regards
Pat

I've send this bug to Kerio as a bug-report and now it is a known problem. They told me it should be fixed in a future release, but that was 2 bug-fixes ago. Still the problem is there.... so I think it doesn't have any priority at all.

Hello

I ve juste download the version 5.7.10, and i still have the probleme. Does any body in the team care about customer problems ?????

YOUR WEB MAIL IS NOT USABLE !!!!!

Keeping track of answer is the main reason of using imap, why dont you fix this f....g bug !!!!

Why do we have to use product like squirel mail to have a working webmail ????

If you dont want to fix this bug, please tell us, we will use another mail server

I can very well live without a reply flag. I think Outlook 2000 introduced these flags (reply, forward, etc.).

At work I am using Groupwise 6 (doesn't have such flags) and I have never missed them. The only real thing to track a thread would be a conversation view as GMail introduced it.

Using flags is a very poor way of tracking a thread. So I'd rather suggest that KMS 6 introduces a proper conversation (thread view) instead of silly flags.

Pascal
