There now seems to be the long waited resource scheduling feature in the coming 6.6 version!

BUT according to Beta's release notes it is available via Webmail only?

Is that true or am I just misinterpreting the release notes?

Or could it be that in the final 6.6.0 it can be used via Outlook / Kerio Outlook Connector as well?

HoosierMac: If you have a chance to test resource scheduling with Outlook (2003/2007?), let me know how it works!

Thanks!

I installed the KOFF beta onto a windows VM and could add my resource via the normal delegation route. It appears that it's treating it as a user so I can see the mailbox itself AND the calendar.

Sounds great!

So you did get back the normal approval from the resource user?
What if the resource was already booked, did you get the reject answer?

Yes

You'll get back either

Event for resource 'resource description' has been accepted.
or
Event for resource 'resource description' declined because the resource is busy.

Is it treating it as a user means it's taking up a license as well? Like the mailing list? (Not that a mailing list is anything like a user Cool , but that's a feature that'll cost you a license per list. Perhaps resource scheduling will cost a license per resource as well?)
