Hy there,

i´m running kerio mailserver 6.5.2 on an linux machine.
Problem:
The mailserver is not taking any messages from other domains but is delivering mails from one user to another at the same server just fine.
Example:

user1<_a.t_>mydomain.com -> user2<_a.t_>mydomain.com Works,
externaluser<_a.t_>foreigndomain.com -> user2<_a.t_>mydomain.com not working with the following error message:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at mail.foreigndomain.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

<user2<_a.t_>mydomain.com>:
(ip-Adress my mailserver)_does_not_like_recipient./Remote_host_said:_550_r elay_not_permitted/Giving_up_on_mydomain.com./

Sending mails to other servers works fine.

Ideas anyone?

Thanks,

Tammo

Make sure you have correct MX record pointing at our mailserver, you have port 25 open in linux firewall and that you have all other mail daemons stopped (qmail, sendmail etc.).

also make sure you're using the right domain name. use "yourdomain.com" and not "www.yourdomain.com"
