Hi,

I need to block a certain mail domain... for example: .com. I tried to do this but mails are still arriving


Why?

You did not say what you tried to do (and how) that did not work.
Maybe even why in case there is a better choice.
Did you try setting Spam filter->custom rules->any of From/Sender/Received header with "contains address/domain/substring". Is what you are trying to block part of the From or Received header?
If you know the senders ip address, you can try using Spam Filter->Blacklist->Custom blacklist of spammer IP address.
If it a specific abuser, you can even contact the ISP for the address to get it stopped or report it to a DNSBL.

I need to block .it domain extension.

I tried to block many days ago ips from Italy but... nothing,because of this I need to block .it domain extension

Are you trying to do this in webmail or through the kerio administrator?
What did you do to try to block such mails?
Please show a copy of the headers from an email you are trying to block.
