My client has just purchased a year's sub for Kerio as the trial is about to expire. Everything seemed to be working well, but one user has reported that calendar syncing over the air via ActiveSync is extremely unreliable. Events show up in iCal and using the Kerio web interface, but do not appear on his iPhone. His iPhone stopped updating over the weekend. Then updated itself the other morning and has now stopped again.

There are pages and pages of these messages in the Kerio error log. Are they related? What can I do to fix this?
