Hello,

We were using a self assigned certificate and all worked well under Entourage. I installed the Certificate in the keychain for each machine and Entourage could connect securely without problems.

I went ahead and bought an SSL from GoDaddy and set that up on the Kerio server and rebooted.

I then removed the old certificate from the OSX keychain on each machine and added the new certificate.

I am now getting the
"unable to establish and secure connection to {server} because the correct root certifiate is not installed"

I've tried deleting the accounts, reinstalling the certificates, exporting them from Microsoft Cert Manager.... no luck.

Any ideas?

Found an answer.

1. Install the godaddy certificate through the Admin Console
2. Download the Godaddy "intermediate certificate" and move it to /usr/local/kerio/mailserver/sslca/ (default KMS location on Mac OS X)
3. Restart the server.
4. Export the certificate and install on workstation using OSX/Entourage.

Seems to work now with no error messages.
