Hello everyone, in kerio, one of my user account states that they are currently using 171798691GB of disk space. While in fact they are only using 1.5GB is there anyway to force kerio to recalculate the amount of disk space use again?

This problem started when i force the user account to reindex some email folders that i moved into her directory on the server.

Thanks!

hello
here is an update on my problem with further analysts I have discovered that when viewing a users statistic of the offending message there disk space usage is actually in the negatives?
does anyone know how to reset this profile? and force it to recalculate everything?

To reset the user statistics:

  1. Shut down Kerio Mailserver
  2. Find the users mail store, rename or delete the stats.usr file.
  3. Start Kerio Mailserver

That will generate a new statistics file the next time it's needed.
