KMS is stripping html from incoming messages on only some of my users. I am unable to see a difference between the ones that work and the ones that dont. All are set up identically.

This stripping occurs on both webmail and koff.

Help!

Setup;

KMS 6.5.2
Outlook 2007
Koff

OK, this is NOT so much a KMS problem.

If you are having this problem and you are using AVG 8,

Turn off 'certify e-mail' under E-mail Scanner in the advanced options. This is the cause.

I will be contacting AVG about this and will post the response here later.

Im guessing its something to do with the way KMS treats header information.

We reported this to Kerio ages ago and they supposedly fixed it ( although under AVG7.5 ) at the time it was only affecting KOFF and not KOC.

AVG 9.x is still messing up the content in the Kerio connection.

Simply disable Email scanning, as it's redundant anyway!
