Hi All,

I need assistance in this issue, I'm a newbie to Kerio, I'm on KMS6. I just joined an organisation where KMS is used as the mail server, users access the server through thier MS outlook through SMTP and POP3, there is no local exchange configured in my local network. Things have been working fine until late when a particular user sends a mail to a group of recipient outside the organisation, the delivery failure error of "Host not found " is recieved, while if another user sends to the same group as the previous one the mail goes, I've checked the mail queue, and log, and I get the message ""Cannot connect to remote host" for each undeliverd mail by the user. What could be happening I need help in this.

Thanks

NA
