I'm new to this and this is my first topic on KERIO. I found KERIO very interesting and would like to set it up at our office. We run a medium sized company and could see the advantage of using the Mail server from KERIO.

Please be kind since this is my first post

We have 9 e-mails from several Domains and several hosts. I would like to have them all to run together on one account. I started out by settings my MAC to Kerio and Entourage and I've followed the guide. Everything went as it supposed to and worked out fine.

But since we have both MAC's and PC's at our office I had to set it up on our PC's as well. When I tryed to set it up on the PC's I had some issues. I read the guide while during this. As the guide described I had to create an email profile. But then I experienced that I only had access to read one Mailbox at the time, and I would like to have access to all of them together as I'm used to in my Outlook.

Can someone help me settings this up so I have access to connect all my email accounts together so I'm not forced to switch everyime I like to read a different email.

Thanks in advance.

Kind regards,

Outlook only allows you to setup one Exchange-like account. For your other email address, you will need to create IMAP or POP accounts. The difference being that you will not be able to sync your contacts, tasks and calendars for those other accounts. You do not need the Kerio Outlook Connector for the other accounts. You will just set them up using IMAP or POP as the account type when you add a new account.
