Our company is using one domain (<_a.t_>domain.eu), but has many departments (we DON'T use <_a.t_>department1.domain.eu...).

The problem is, we want to have defined different footer for every department...

Is it possible?

Setting it in mail client, as personal signature, doesn't seem to be an option...

I don't think within Kerio. One 'global' footer per domain en the other 'footer' per user (in signature). Nothing in between I'm afraid.

This is a wild card idea, so don't get excited; just a thought which somebody may be able to expand on (or shoot down in flames)

There is an application called exclaimer (www.exclaimer.com) which allows you to add different disclaimers based on whichever parameter you want - including senders email address. This occurs server side in the same way that the Kerio disclaimers do.

This app is written SPECIFICALLY for exchange, so there is a strong possibility this will not work at all with Kerio. But some of you smart boffins out there may know of a way of making it work.

So, not anywhere near an answer, but a glimmer (perhaps!)

Expand or shoot!

Take a close look at this, please.
