Hi all,

My branch office is using ADSL with dynamic IP. Users ar using Microsoft Outlook and usually receive error message: too many messages last hour. Even they are using Web mail, they still receive error message: your session has expire. So they can't using email for a while. But later they can using it normal. Please help me to resolve this problem, thanks and best regards!

Kerio Administration Console/SMTP Server/Security Options
Check the group (i.e. "Local clients") where the limits won't apply to. Add your remote office IP address.

That is a bit hard with dynamic IP's...
You might want to consider using a better (office) DSL partner which offers static IP.
You could also consider using a VPN connection between your main and branch location and send mail through this with local IP's.
