One of my customers is running the above combination, and is ending up with an Infected Items folder (fair enough) but many many infected items numbered folders as a subfolder of the main infected items folder.

Has anyone come across this, and does anyone know a method of avoiding it?

Thanks as always

Hi shaggie,

same issue here. If my users are go into the "public" folder, there comes a message that the "infected items" folder did not can synconised. Change the Access for the "infected items" to "everyone" with administrations or try "editor" rights. That will solve the problem.
