Hi there.
Yesterday a collegue decided to use the system restore function on his laptop (xp pro sp2, outlook 2003 sp3).
Today he called me saying that outlook was opening with a lot of errors.
His profile was completely deleted so what I've done is recreating a new profile ( renaming also the Kerio folder in kerio.old under c:\documents.......).
Now when I start outlook I get only error sync messages.
I tried several times the same procedure but always without success. I also tried to remove koff (6.5.1) and then reinstall it.
Through webmail everything is ok. Also initial syncronization of the same account on another pc works flawlessly.
Log file ( here attached) shows that there is an I/O error for file store.fdb.
Any help would be very much appreciated!!!
Thanks in advance.
