Hi,

I am having a problem that I sometimes cannot move single or multiple emails from my inbox to another folder. I get the following error message below. I have tried rebuilding, clearing cache etc. and I am having no joy with this. I land up having to have webmail open at the same time so that I can move the items there. I would really appreciate any help or advice on this matter.

We are using Kerio 6.5.2 and I am using Entourage 2008

Error:

Quit and restart Entourage. If this problem continues you might need to verify and rebuild the Entourage database.

Explanation:
The message could not be moved on the server.

Account name: "XXXX"

Kind regards,
Raphael

This might be a problem with the message you are trying to move. I got the same error when trying to send (not move) a message with Chinese characters. When I deleted the characters, the message would send.

Hi Tom,

Thanks for replying. This applies to all messages that I try to move and they all english and mixture between HTML and plain text. Sometimes if I just move a single one it works sometimes not but when I try move a whole group it fails.
