Hi, we are having a very strange problem, sometimes when you send an e-mail using Outlook, people receives it in plain text. For example: One user using Outlook 2003, send me an email in HTML format with copy to another people. I recieved it ok in my webmail, but the other person on copy, received it in plain text on webmail.
If someone knows something about how to repair this problem, please let me know how to fix it.
We have Kerio on a Windows Server 2008 32 bit.
Our antivirus in Trend Micro OfficeScan, but it does not scan incoming/outgoing e-mails.

Thanks..

Cristian

Second email (plaintext) was not send in HTML but in RTF encoded in the Tnef. Make sure that Outlook is configured to use HTML instead of RTF for all contacts and recipients. Decoding Tnef format in KMS produce plaintext output with no text formatting.
