Hi,
How can I limit bandwidth for download from internet to 1Kbit/s.
I know that bandwidth limiting unit in Kwf if KByte/s.

but I want know how I can set limitation?

Assign daily quota for users of value 0 Mb/day
then enter the bandwidth limit value that you like in the "over quota" users bandwidth limit

Perhaps the minimum is 1kbyte/s. Which is pretty much nothing. Why would you want to go even less then that? What (practical) difference is there between 1 and 1/8 kbyte/s?

Because I do not want block theme ,I want to give theme lowest bandwidth.( All of my department internet sharing bandwidth is 7 kbps).
OK, no problem I give theme 1KB/S.

Wow, that's indeed very low. That's 9600 BAUD modem speed... I didn't realise such links are still in use, my apologies.
