I have several KOFF 652 users (Outlook 2003/2007) with Blackberry handhelds. They currently sync mail via IMAP on the BB because they didn't like the NotifyLink solution. I've seen some posts here on Funambol and reviewed their site. Is anyone here using it to sync BB (mail, contacts and calendar) over the air/ Doe sone server sync with multiple users or do users have to install software on their PC (requiring their pc to be on and connected to the internet to transfer messages to the handheld)? Any feedback on this solution would be greatly appreciated!

I haven't gotten a chance to complete my testing yet, however you do not need to leave the PC on to transfer messages. You install a server side application similar to BES. You will then also need to install an application on the BB itself.

Due to needing to install software on the phone, there are OS version limitations.

I am using Blackberry Unite for this. The software is free from RIM but limited to 5 users (up to 10 e-mail addresses per user). I haven't tested the Funabol solution.
