Make sure your ISP is not blocking outgoing SMTP and KMS is configured to use existing email domain. If there is a fake email domain in the KMS, receiving servers may reject all emails. And, which is most important - post there full error message next time.

KMS is probably configured to non-existing name. Set correct (existing, valid) Internet Hostname in the Domain settings in KMS. Or use your ISP's relay SMTP server for sending outgoing emails.
