i want to make use of a support ticket engine on my company intranet. i have installed osTicket as it will do the job for us with the bonus of being free.

does anyone know how to set up local piping from kerio, i assume this will need some sort of delving into config files which will be no issue to me

for information, both the mail server and intranet webserver are on the same machine

i want to send the alias itsupport to the support engine, something easily done with sendmail but i dont know how with Kerio
