Well, what error is the sender getting when they try to send to your domain. There are any number of reasons why you wouldn't be receiving email.

Nothing. But when they try to send email to another email address but still in same domain (mydomain.com) we can receive they email.. Is anyone know what`s wrong with my mail server. I already search on debug log but i can`t find anything.

Thanks

hi.
did you ever check all your dns-entries?
did you change any domains or ip's.. ?
make a clear example to understand what exactly the problem is.

Hi Roly.

Are you verify your MX records? I think you must look in that way.

However, I have another problem. I use kerio mailserver 6.5.2. I can't send message to yahoo and to another mailserver.

An idea?
Can you send me your mailserver.cfg file? I think it can help me to fix my problems!

Best regards

Hi, Roly thanks for response my post.. Here my problem:

- I send email to 1<_a.t_>domain1.com and they receive my email and then they reply my email to 2<_a.t_>domain2.com. but i never receive they email.
- I tell them to try send again to 2<_a.t_>domain2.com with use cc to my yahoo mail and when they send it again is only my yahoo mail receive they email.
- I also use KWF for smtp relay.
- I also ask them to send to another email address but still in same domain: 3<_a.t_>domain2.com and 3<_a.t_>domain2.com can receive they email.
- I can`t see any email from 1<_a.t_>domain1.com to 2<_a.t_>domain2.com on logs but it was different when they send to 3<_a.t_>domain2.com i can see the logs.

Could you help me how to fix this problem?

Thanks

hi echo..
wau.. strange.
1. you send a mail to 1<_a.t_>1.com. they received the mail.okay.
2. they reply from 1<_a.t_>1.com to you. you are 2<_a.t_>2.com.
thats right so far?
- is 2.com on a black list? or the sender-ip?
- what says your kms-log?
- is 1<_a.t_>1.com receiving a ndr?
- kwf is "winroute-firewall"? you use that as smtp-relay?

why don't you use your internet-provider as smtp-relay?
or, why don't you send (just for testing) direct dns-mx?

then we'll see.

bye, roly

- Nothing on the kms logs, email like disappear dont know where
- Yes, Kerio KWF. I also use for clients connection to Internet.

Here my MX:
domain2.com MX preference = 10, mail exchanger = mail.domain2.com
domain2.com MX preference = 20, mail exchanger = smtp.isp.com

domain2.com nameserver = ns1.hosting.com
domain2.com nameserver = ns2.hosting.com
mail.domain2.com internet address = xxx.xxx.xx.xxx
ns1.hosting.com internet address = xxx.xxx.xx.x
ns1.hosting.com AAAA IPv6 address = xxx.xxx.xx.xxx
ns2.hosting.com internet address = xxx.xxx.xx.xxx
ns2.hosting.com AAAA IPv6 address = xxx.xxx.xx.xxx

thanks

hi echo

by sending an email with kms, there is a ip-adress as sender. that adress is a fix-ip-adress, given you from your isp. (i hope so! Razz )
did you check that adress is not black-listed?
send me a "pn" with your domainname.
bye
