I've been using the Kerio Outlook connector to sync my Outlook with my mail server account. Overall, everything works great, but when I create rules to send certain email messages to sub-folders, it doesn't work. I had no problems creating rules to sent emails from co-workers to their inbox subfolder before switching to Outlook connector. What am I doing wrong?

I think you're using the wrong set of rules. The normal Outlook rules will not work, because the mail never actually gets into Outlook (but stays on the server). So you have to use the Kerio rules, so they can be applied on the Kerio server instead of by Outlook itself.

Got it! I didn't realize there was a selection for the message routing in Kerio for Outlook Connector. Works great now!! Thanks!
