For some reason, I'm getting bombarded with spam emails in my Inbox. Seems like the filters are not working or something? Any suggestions for fixing this?

More information needed. What have you set so far to block spam? Is all/most of the spam coming from the same place? Is there anything the spam has in common in terms of content?

Please post the header of one of the spam messages here. Please also indicate which Spam layers you have switched on on KMS (Spam Repellent, SPF, Caller ID etc.)

Also, take a look at SMTP Server:Relay Control. Make sure you don't have "Open relay" selected.
If you allow relay for a range of IP addresses, remove the ranges and only enter the specific IP addresses of the systems that don't support SMTP authentication. If all your clients support SMTP AUTH make them use it and disable the "user from IP" checkbox.
If a server on your network is compromised, and Kerio allows it open relay access, it can send whatever it likes.
Beyond that, like the other posters have mentioned, without much more detail any suggestion is just a guess.
