A mobile device was recently removed using the Admin Console.
We are now not able to configure active sync to sync emails again on this particular device.
The device is using windows mobile 6 and the server is 6.5.2
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have a work around but it is not so good

"Removed" or "wiped out"? If the device has been removed from the list of devices then KMS has no record of it and the device can connect to KMS with no restrictions. But if the device has been wiped then it cannot connect to KMS until removal from the device list (for security reasons).
