We have Kerio sending "rejected" emails to a quarantine address. Occasionally a message is rejected incorrectly.
How can I teach kerio to not treat the message as spam in the same way as teaching Kerio by moving a "detected" message out of the Junk E-mail folder.

Can you not login to this quarantine mailbox via webmail and mark messages as junk or not junk like any other user? I think this should work.

I tried it. Flagging as junk/not junk doesn't do it. Moving it into and out of the "Junk E-mail" folder is reflected in the administrator/logs/spam display, but the received rejected messages are initially put in the inbox folder of the quarantine account so i can't just move it out.

I trying to move the emails into and back out of the Junk E-mail folder but don't really know if this will result in the desired affect. Can an observer from kerio please confirm if this works?
Thank you
