I am Alberto and I works in a company with a internal mail server working by Keiro. Keiro donwload the emails from my company's Domain Mailboxratorp (mail.mycompany.com) by POP3.
Ok, then I have two problems when I am out-office and I want to read my emails in the "webmail" of the domain.
1.- Kerio download and erase from the domain mailboxratorp every mail. So I would like that Kerio only donwload the emails, so I need the emails rest in the mailboxratorp.
2.- The internal mails (from my company partners) rest in my kerio internal server, so I can't read them out-office in the webmail. I will like Keiro upload the internal emails to the real mailboxratorp.
Thanks for your help. I will really apreciate.

That's how POP3 works: it moves (not copies) messages from the server to your mail client. And obviously, if messages aren't in the server anymore, you can't see them in Webmail.
Please note it's not Kerio that did any deleting, it's you that set your client to POP3 all messages.
So set your client to not delete the messages from the server. Or better yet: don't use POP3 but IMAP. IMAP is designed to let the messages stay on the server. Of course this won't get back all messages you've already removed from the server by POP3-ing them.
You'd better contact your System Administrator and ask for advice there.
