There is frontend relay mail server exist on our network.
Frontend server based on "microsoft smtp IIS 6 service" and therefore it is impossible to test messages using "Reverse DNS test" which comes with Kerio Mail Server.
Can You help me to modify Kerio Mail Server or spamassassin
rules which is under MailServer\plugins\spamassassin\rules to block messages with string contains this text "RDNS failed)
by mycompany.com" in header? is it possible?
i think it will be solution for me.

You can just set this up in your SPAM filter settings from within the admin console.
Just add a Custom Rule with Header recieverd, and look for "RDNS failed" in the substring.
