Hi,

I'm using Kerio WinRoute sucessfully to block and unblock sites just the way I need.

However, now I need to allow my final users to unblock sites for some time, if they need to. As far as I know, if I use Advanced tab on the URL Rule at HTTP Policy, I should be able to type the customized text which should be shown on the "Rejection Page" and also click a check box which would allow users to unblock that rule.

However, neither does the "customized text" nor the unblocking-by-user feature work. The page does get block, which is Ok. But the text is a default one and the user sees no option to unblock that address.

Am I missing something here?

By the way, I'm using KWRF running in Portuguese-Brazilian language. Perhaps if I run it in English, I shouldn't have that problem?

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. I really need to get this solved asap.

Thanks in advance,

Helder Conde

I would seem another rule is actually triggered before the one you want. If you have more then one traffic rule, they apply from top to bottom and the first one that 'fits' is applied. So you have to consider and carefully plan the order of your rules.

To test, you could move the rule in question to the top, so it will be applied (if it 'fits'). What happens than?
