We are running the latest version of Kerio and use Webmail to access email. When a user needs to select multiple Contacts (email addresses and distribution lists) they click the "To" button to display all the Contacts but all the Contacts are not displayed. Below the list of Contacts that are displayed a message appears saying "Too many contacts found. Please narrow down the query.".

In order to find the Contacts that are not displayed the user has to enter the name in the search box and click search. This does work for them but it is a major hassle. We have less than 400 Contacts.

Is there a setting that can be changed that will allow all of the Contacts we have to be displayed?

Hi notice you never got a reply to this. As you've probably discovered the answer is no. It's one of a few shortcomings in Kerio Webmail that on the surface don't look to serious but really need to be addressed.
