Hey,

I currently get email from my webhost (mailboxes set up on the hosts and downloaded via Outlook)

I recently set up Kerio Mailserver and I've gotten internal mail and SMTP access (using my webhosts smtp settings) to work. Now i can send and receive emails from other internal accounts and i can send mail to external addresses.

Now I'm trying to receive mail from external sources.

How do I set up pop access so that any mail sent to my webhosts domain gets forwarded to my local mailserver?

Thanks in advance.

Marc

This information is covered in the online manual located here:

Ok thanks..

didn't understand something at first. Sorry

Next question...

Say i have 40 users and I wanna download all the mail for each user...

Do i need to set up a pop account for each individual user?

Can't i have 1 master account that pulls down all mail and then use sorting rules to define which inbox to deliver mail too?...

I tried using one POP account but mail only gets pulled down for that single user.

=============

Also when mail comes in for the user under which POP is set up, it gets delivered to all the mailboxes set up in kerio... even tho sorting rules have been defined to deliver to particular users
