Hello,

I'm getting following error while trying to open Outlook 2007:

"Cannot open your default email folders. Synchronizator::syncHierarchy Error while calling syncHierarchy method.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the KOC. I have tried deleting the account and removing the KOC folder, in the user's profile. I un-installed the Outlook also but still getting the same error msg.
Webmail works fine.

Thank you for help !!

Any luck with this?

Having the same problem with 1 user on 6.5.2 and Office 2003 - all the other users are working fine.

You may need to reset the sync on the server side.

1) Stop KC
2) Browse to the users directory
3) Delete __keriomapi__STORE directory
4) Delete the specguid.fld file
5) Restart KC
6) Create a new profile, or repair / empty cache of current profile.
