Can be done simply like I have done it:

BACKUP BEFORE DO THIS:

-1- inside the KMS administration you will find the setting for the storrage folder. Just locate this setting but DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING!
-2- every user has to leave Webmail and their email clients.
-3- remove the network cable from the server (email: nothing in, nothing out)
-4- change storrage location now.
-5- stop Kerio
-6- move all storage folder to new location
-7- restart Kerio
-8- local log in to webmail and test if everything is fine.
if everything is fine
-9- plug the network cable back into the server

Have a nice day.

EDIT: Forgotten some text under -2-
