Does anyone know if Kerio plans to add the ability to sync notes to windows mobile phones?

We do not sell or manufacture mobile devices so we have almost no influence on what these devices support or not. But I can promise that KMS will support notes syncing right after such feature will be available in some mobile device.

I could have sworn that i used to be able to do this on my previous phone when syncing with exchange. After reading some other posts online it looks like i am wrong.

Notes can be synced via desktop ActiveSync with MS Outlook. Devices don't support OTA syncing for notes.
