Today, when I came to work I saw that there is zero new mail in my mailbox.
We use this scheme: user - local server - external (MX) server. local server get mail from external accounts on external server.

I click on the "deliver mail", on "POP3 download" page, but nothing happens.
Only after restarting KMS service we get our mail.
And now I need to restart KMS every time, when I want to download mail from remote POP3 account.

From router (ISA) logs I found, that KMS didn't try to download mail by scheduled times ( every 5 minutes). Simply no connections from KMS in logs. But after restarting KMS service it download mail? but only one time.

After pressing "download mail" button on "POP3 download" page
in KMS logs i see:
Config: [23/Oct/2008 15:31:45] admin<_a.t_>domain.tld - Receive mail from POP3 accounts.
Debug, Mail,Security, Spam, Warning - clear.

We use KMS 6.3.1

What is wrong? please help me.

PS: Sorry for my english.

I would try updating if you have current subscription. KMS is on version 6.6 right now.
