We've been using an email account in 6.5 to represent a conference room.

Can we create a resource in 6.6 and use the calendar from the existing account?

I haven't found a build-in function.

Guess the easiest way is to export the current calendar as an ICS file, and import that into a resourse' calendar.

Should be very easy, if you have access to iCal. (or another app that can exp-import ics files)

I've had very good experiences moving calendars from one account to another. I'm guessing that resources use a "standard" calendar file and that I can simply copy the existing file to the new resource's account.

I'm hoping that someone at Kerio can confirm this but I am also willing to experiment.

Easy, Assume the new resource will be have the same email address as the old account. In Admin delete the old account but select not to delete the mailbox or move mailbox to another user. Now create a resource with the same name as the old email.

That 's it, your new resource will have the old users mailbox which includes the calendar

You may want to do some house keeping on the old account first such as delete any inbox . sent items etc... before you delete the user
