Ticket: YVN-599704

ISSUE:
If a user has more than one calendar in his/hers account, the free-busy lookup seems to only look in 'Calendar'.

Steps To Repro:
1: Create events in calendar folders that's NOT the default 'Calendar' folder.
2: From another account, create an event and invite the user from step 1.

What Happens:
The Free-busy view of user from step 1 is not shown as Busy where there is events booked in the other calendar folders.

Expected Result:
Free-busy status to show the user is busy if an event is scheduled in ONE of the users calendars.

Notes:
As a possible feature, enable an access list function via webmail:
Calendar: Include in FB status
Or, as a general setting in Preferences: Include Alle calendars in FB status.

This is not a bug. Freebusy is available only from default Calendar folder due to compatibility reasons with Outlook and user experience from Outlook and Exchange.

Hmm,

Ok, then I have to change my ticket to en Enhancement Request.

1: What if you don't use the default Calendar?

2: FB status is a sum of what ever ther server decides. What should stop me (and Outlook users) from seeing that the user in question is busy?
