We start last evening to move KOC to KOFF.
Most computers are okay.
A couple computers give problems when starting Outlook 2007.
A message appears: Synchronizator::syncHierarchy: Error while calling syncHierarchy method.

Any help would be appriciated!

Regards,

Hi Martin,

To resolve the issue you are experiencing on Outlook/KOFF, please try the following on the Connect machine:

1. Stop Kerio Connect
2. On the mailserver store, go to /store/mail///
3. Delete the specguid.fld file and the __keriomapi__STORE folder
4. Start Kerio Connect
5. Make a new outlook profile for this user

Hope this can help some more with the same problem.
/Martin
