Issue: (ticket id: TLC-209896)
The 'Restrictions' pane of settings for a Group contain a checkbox that disables any messages from that group to go in/out if it's not to/from the same domain.
It is our belife that the wording is misleeding, and need some change.

ER1: Change the label 'This group can send/receive email to/from it's own domain only' to 'Members of this group can only send/receive email to/from it's own domain'.

The important fact here, is to let the admin know that we are restricting Individual Users - and NOT the Groups shared email address(es)!

ER2: Add a Restriction checkbox: 'This Groups email adresses can only send/receive emails to/from it's own domain'.

The important fact here, is that it would be Very useful to restrict Group Emails as Internal Only emails, but the Group Members still need to send/receive individual emails (in their own mailbox).

If this should be Very good, it should even be split into setteings for Send & Receive for both ER 1 & 2.
