Hello all,

I've configured a Outlook account to use POP3 and SMTP and it works fine if I send e-mails to users in the same domain. If I send e-mails to other domains (like gmail.com for example) it does not work.

I've noted that I can send e-mails using the kerio webmail.

Can anyone help me?

Thanks in advance.
Best regards,
Hugo

And the logs are saying?

There must be some hints in the logs. If not, turn on the SMTP messages in the Debug log and try again.

Do you have relaying restricted maybe?

Update: Or - your account is a member of a group that has.., or has on it set "This account/group can only send/receive email to/from it's own domain"

Hello marook,

To avoid this problem I already switch the user from POP/SMTP to KOFF.

After your post I've taken a second look at the administration console and I think I found the problem. The relaying is restricted to "Users authenticated through SMTP server for outgoing mail".

Thanks for your help!

Best regards,
Hugo
