I am trying to debug a problem of my client:

KMS 6.5.2 on Mac OS X 10.5.5
all patches applied

Sender is in an enterprise environment where she connects to her inhouse SMTP, either from her desktop machine or her smartphone (internal or external connections).
All emails sent from desktop (say LAN) are delivered without any problems.
All emails sent from smartphone never get delivered to receipients. Only one entry shows up in the log, confirming SMTP communication, but nothing else, no delivery or error messages.

It reads like this:

[03/Nov/2008 10:42:34] Recv: Queue-ID: 490ec78a-0000b88f, Service: SMTP, From: <<_a.t_>>, To: <<_a.t_>>, Size: 2660, Sender-Host:, SSL: yes

And that is all there is of an entry related to that particular transaction.

I really can't figure out, what keeps the mails from getting delivered when sent from her smartphone to this and another Kerio Mailserver we have tried for troubleshooting purposes, while the sender claims that other receipients don't have problems receiving her smartphone-emails.

Does anybody have similar experiences or any clues how to solve this?

Thanks for your hints.
