Hi everyone

Everytime I try to import users in one of my maillinglist with a CSV file I get the error: "Selected file is not in a valid format".

Can any one help me with an example CSV, for how this should look exactly?

Thanks!

Can't you export something to CSV to see what the importer would expect?

It seems that there is no export function for members of a mailing-list. At least I didn't found one...

From the manual (perhaps a RTFM is warranted here? Cool ):

Quote:

Importing users from a CSV file

As already mentioned, even users that have not accounts in Kerio MailServer can became members of mailing lists. Users can subscribe to mailing lists by themselves by sending a subscription email message or they can be added manually by the administrator or they can be imported from a file (the latest option may be helpful especially when multiple users are added).

The following technical conditions must be met to enable importing from files:

The file including the users must be saved in CSV format (such files can be created in any spreadsheet program).

Commas ( , ) or semicolons ( ; ) must be used as data separators.

Headlines of individual columns must correspond with Kerio MailServer's items. The following items are supported:

Email — user's email address. Required.
FullName — user's full name. Optional.

mking<_a.t_>yahoo.com,Mary King
afieldfare<_a.t_>mymail.com,Allan Fieldfare
opossum<_a.t_>mailer.com,Oliver Possum
etea<_a.t_>hotmail.com,Elizabeth Tea
