hi all,

if i have a contact with 2 mail-adresses and turn on the "Check names automatically"-option, webmails picks automaticly the first.
but i want to get a dialog-box to choose either the first contact or the second.
when a contact is saved in two different mail-folders, the dialog-box appears!

is this a kerio-bug or what can i do?

thanks

Indeed, the "check names automatically" option has some quirks. Kerio has been tweaking it ever since I started using KMS (3 years ago), but it has never worked 100% flawless (at least in what I would expect from it). Let's say it does what I expect/want/find reasonable in 95% of the cases.

My biggest gripe is similar to your issue: a contact has 2 email addresses and I want to sent an email to both. There's no way to do this with the automatic check names feature. Type "mark, mark" and it will use email address 1 for both. Type "mark<_a.t_>domain1.com, mark<_a.t_>domain2.com" and it will still revert them both back to address 1. Only way to do it is to press the 'To' button and fill it in from there.

So essentially the "check names automatically" should be a little less 'quick to judge' and ask more when in doubt Smile

Note: I still do love the feature and am happily working around the small quirks. Would be nice though it it would be 'perfect' Smile.
