CAN I USE PPPOE method to connect to KWF and internet ??

if yes how ?

if not , is there sothing else ??

Yes, you can. PPPoE can be used either as a persistent link or as dial-on-demand line. See http://www.kerio.com/manual/kwf/en/chap-inetconn.html

Can I use PPPOE in Load Balancing mode in one of the connections?

Can I dial 2 or 3 pppoe (dsl)?

Yes and yes. Once you configure your PPPoE connections in Windows, WinRoute will be able to use them.
