i've had the same problem in my days with kms 6.5.0

with version 6.5.1 this problem was resolved. although i had to export the mail of each user account (to a pst-file in my case), then completely delete the user account and user folder from the server and then recreate the user. it will be quite some work as it's quite a big mailbox.

after that, i didn't have the problem anymore.

can you verify if the problem occurred with version 6.5.2 or if it could have occurred while using version 6.5.0 in the past?

hello steven !

i think we are using 6.5.0 in the past....

but actually i solved the problem.
i move all the data from the "xxx_0" to the right directory.

only for the calendar, i exported the the calendar_0 to a pst file, and then import it to "calendar"

i deinstalled the KOFF and install KOC

so it work .... (i hope Wink )

hi,

i suppose you won't have the problem with KOC, it's KOFF related as far as i know.

glad you found a way that works for you;
